Welcome to John S. Martinez Sea & Sky STEM Magnet School. Our motto is, “We SOAR to success to do our best and be extraordinary”.
At Martinez, we promote an innovative, supportive, and rigorous thinking environment where all students succeed and achieve academically and socially in order to be productive global citizens.
The staff, students, and families at John S. Martinez show mutual respect, communicate effectively, and work in collaboration to deepen our understanding of the sea and sky, through a STEM-based approach. We provide a variety of learning opportunities to increase engagement, academic awareness, English language acquisition, and social-emotional learning. We believe that educating the whole child will provide students the necessary skills to be problem solvers, innovative thinkers, and understand how their actions impact the world around them.
