Dear Conte Community – Teachers, Students, Staff, and Families,

What an incredible privilege it is to welcome you to what promises to be an exceptional year at Conte! We are filled with excitement and anticipation for all the amazing things we will accomplish this year. After navigating unexpected changes in recent years, we have shown remarkable resilience and adaptability. We have learned that challenges don’t define us – how we respond to them does. This year, we embrace that spirit of growth and determination through our new theme: “Learn. Lead. Leap.”

This powerful three-step journey captures exactly what we want for every member of our Conte family:

LEARN – We will foster curiosity and discovery in every classroom, encouraging all of us to ask questions, explore new ideas, and build the foundation for lifelong learning. From our youngest PreK learners discovering letters and numbers to our 8th graders mastering complex concepts, every day brings new growth opportunities.

LEAD – We will empower our students to lead, grow, and be positive influences in our classrooms, hallways, and communities. Leadership isn’t about age, it’s about character, kindness, and the courage to make a difference.

LEAP – We will inspire each other to take bold steps toward our dreams, using everything we’ve learned and the skills we’ve developed to make our mark on the world. Whether it’s trying out for a new school activity, joining a Conte team, or simply being brave enough to help a friend, every leap matters.

To our returning families, welcome back! Your continued trust and partnership mean everything to us. To our new families, we are thrilled to have you join our Conte community. Together, we will create an environment where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach their

full potential. To our incredible teachers and staff, thank you for your dedication and passion. You are the heart of everything we do, and your commitment to our students makes all the difference.

From our youngest PreK learners taking their first steps in discovery to our 8th graders preparing to leap into high school, we are all on this journey together. When we learn with purpose, lead with confidence, and leap with courage, we create a ripple effect that elevates our entire school community.
